The QA Engineer is responsible to ensure that the software released by Nordlogic meets the quality standards and expectations (both internal and/or customer specific). They report to the QA Team Lead.
Follow the formal QA processes in the company and explore ways to enhance them. You will take ownership of these processes, primarily at the product or team level.
Designing test plans, scenarios, test automation scripts and executing them.
Analyzing test results and reporting to the team.
Create bug reports.
Provide estimates on task completion.
Coordinate with DevOps to ensure required test platforms are available and make sure you possess a thorough knowledge of these platforms.
Take part in project meetings and QA meetings.
