Nordlogic is a dynamic high-tech company, in the fields of IT&C, system integration and software development.
Started in 1997 as a Division of Netsoft Systems, Nordlogic emerged as a separate identity in 2002.
Over the years, the software solutions division, Nordlogic Software, has attained the maturity to master complex projects for various clients. Our experience and reliability are cornerstones in our approach to clients.
With more than 4 years of proven experience and an excellent record of success, we crystalized a sharp vision on the software development process. This vision seeks aspects like:

Nordlogic is located in North-Western Romania, in Cluj-Napoca, a top city in the Romanian high tech industry, with almost 400,000 inhabitants. Cluj-Napoca is a flourishing economical centre, and a famous cultural and educational point of reference. More than 80,000 students attend the city's various universities, providing local companies with a fresh stream of new talent each year.

Andrei Olariu Chief Executive Officer
Andrei Olariu graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (1996) and Master's Degree (1997) in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. He spent most of his career in Japan, specializing in applications for the financial industry. For the last 5 years before returning to Romania and joining the Nordlogic Software team, he was a Senior Analyst Developer for Goldman Sachs, one of world's top investment banks. His broad experience in providing complex solutions in sensitive fields such as trading systems and other financial applications makes him a valuable asset for the Nordlogic Software management team, which he joined in 2005.
He is fluent in English and has good knowledge of Japanese.
Ovidiu Codreanu Chief Operating Officer
Ovidiu Codreanu graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (1996) and Master's Degree (1997) in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
He started programming early, winning several awards in the computer programming Olympics during highschool, being among the top Romanian highschool programmers for 4 years in a row.
After graduation, he gained extensive management experience in IT companies:
- with Netsoft Systems: CIO and Deputy CEO for 6 years
- with Nordlogic: CEO for more than 4 years
He is experienced in team management and integrative IT projects.
He is fluent in English and French.
