On the 28th of July, 2022, Nordlogic became part of AROBS Group. This acquisition represents an important milestone for our company, as we are joining forces with a market leader in the IT industry who is also based and founded in Cluj.

When choosing a partner that will help us grow, AROBS was a natural choice, considering our strong relationship both on a personal and professional level. AROBS is the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company offers software solutions and services for businesses in several industries. They currently have over 70 partners in Software Services and over 10.000 customers in Software Products. AROBS has 11 locations in Romania and eight abroad.

Our shared goal is to strengthen our presence both at a local and international level and to further expand our team, skills, and client portfolio. We are confident that this acquisition will help our company grow at an accelerated pace.

AROBS will use a portion of the capital that was attracted by BVB investors during its private placement for shares in October 2021 as well as bank financing to complete the transaction.

The acquisition of Nordlogic represents the third transaction made by AROBS since they were listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. They also acquired Berg Software Timisoara at the end of 2021 and Enea Software Development Services in April 2022.

The management of Nordlogic remains the same, and it will be ensured by Andrei Olariu (CEO), Ovidiu Codreanu (COO), and Ciprian Sorlea (CTO).
